Call Completion Issues
Call completion issues include the failure to complete calls as well as significant quality issues with those that do get through. The FCC has recognized these problems threaten the “availability of reliable telephone service to consumers, businesses, and public health and safety officials in rural America.” NECA and rural associations NTCA and WTA have raised awareness among industry stakeholders as we seek to mitigate this ongoing threat to rural subscribers.
