Tariff 4 Ordering and Billing Database
NECA’s Tariff FCC No. 4 describes the location and technical capabilities of wire centers providing interstate access telecommunications service. It contains interconnection information that supports the ordering and billing of jointly provided
(meet point or billing percent) interstate access service, and data for determining the distance (airline mileage) of any particular segment of interstate access transmissions for billing purposes.
Recent filings
We file an updated tariff with the FCC each month, at least 14 calendar days before the first of the following month. Specific filing dates for the current year can be found on the Tariff 4 filing calendar.

Or, download a zipped file containing a copy of the entire tariff. The tariff is updated on our website by the first business day following the monthly filing date identified on the Tariff 4 Filing Calendar.
